Arca Nova Bolig AS (ANB) is part of Arca Nova Group (ANG), a family-owned property developer based in Fredrikstad, Norway. The company operates across south-eastern part of Norway and in the Stockholm region in Sweden. The group was established in 1996 and now consists of several companies within development, construction, and management businesses.

The company started the development of “Verksbyen” in Fredrikstad 6 years ago. Planned new residential units are approximately 1500-2000 units over the next 10-15 years. This project and associated land areas are fully owned by the developer ANB.

Ole-Edvin Utaker

Project development

Has lead project developments in ANB since 2005. Together with Multiconsult he conducted a feasibility study of Verksbyen, with focus on sustainable construction, solar and thermal energy systems, mobility concepts, and greenhouse gas scenarios. He has also lead several Enova-sponsored development prosjects on behalf of Arca Nova.

Ruben D. Hansen

CEO

Has been working in ANG since its inception in 1996. He is one of the owners of the group (40%), together with his father, Enok D. Hansen (60%), and has played a key role in the transformation of ANG from a ordinary developer to environmental sustainable development and construction. He has a key role in the Enova-sponsored Microflex project.

Thomas S. Hansen

Strategic marketing

Responsible for all marketing and branding strategies in Arcanova. He has a solid understanding of the ever-changing marketplace, communication, statistics, analyses and digital platforms.

Thor Ivar Gønli

COO

Has been working in ANE since 2003, both as a project leader and COO for all construction activities. He has also played a key role over the past 5 years in establishing ANE as a green construction company.

Timo Trilljärv

Construction engineer

Employed in ANE since 2000. Overall responsibility for all our building sites, logistics, construction, and site personnel.

Bjørn O. H. Guthu

Service leader

Bjørn is responsible for monitoring of technical installations relating to energy-systems in our projects, both in test and operation phases. He is educated as an electrician and has over the last his 5 years acquired key skills in smart house and renewable energy systems. He also handles customer request.
